Research & Development
|
Development and designing has been one of the foremost areas in the progress of any company. In the industry of swiftly changing technology and varied clients, companies ought to revise their planning in offering customers the latest and the best in terms of products. Continuous technological up-gradation is imperative in fetching prospective clients and thereby helps in the growth of the company amidst stiff competition. Keeping this in mind we have developed a research and development unit in our infrastructure.
Some of the basic objectives that inspire us to develop a R&D wing encompass the following:
Innovation & improvisation in our induction furnaces
Improving the quality
Enhancing control electronics & power electronics
Optimizing the utility and efficiency of induction furnaces and castings
Manned by a team of diligent professionals we carry out extensive research in induction furnaces to enable a clean, energy-efficient and well-controllable melting process and increasing the operating frequencies of the induction furnaces. With their depth and breadth in technology, our researchers carry research to keep themselves abreast with market trends. Our research activities are progressed and have broadened our horizons with our collaboration with Encompass Pvt Ltd, Bangalore since 1992. Technical collaboration with them has given greater impetus towards the attainment of high levels of customer satisfaction. |
 | Applications Of Furnace | |
 |
Backed by our sophisticated manufacturing facilities we are able to offer optimum grade induction melting furnaces. Our induction melting furnaces are available in ferrous, nonferrous and in alloys. Applications of our furnaces are as follows:
Ferrous Induction Melting Furnaces
Our optimum quality ferrous induction melting furnaces which offer excellent way of melting iron quickly and efficiently. Melting iron through induction melting furnaces is the cleaner method than other conventional methods. This induction melting furnaces monitor temperature at all levels and therefore ensures little metal loss.
The melting capacity of iron melting furnaces is very large and its power capacity can suit the individual operation requirements. Induction melting equipment is available in different types including coreless furnaces and super heaters. Power supply levels can be similar for different sizes. The use of these furnaces allows close control of energy costs and is also safer to use.
Applications:
Used in industries like precision iron cast parts, laboratories and other smaller units
In iron casting & foundries
Ferrous induction metal castings are chemically durable, offers low alloy loss and high refractoriness leading to highest steel quality.
Non-Ferrous Induction Melting Furnaces
Our non ferrous melting induction melting furnaces are widely used for melting non ferrous alloys including copper, copper alloys, bronze, brass, copper bronze, aluminum & its alloys; phosphorus bronze etc. Our furnaces are available in several designs like tilting type and pot-crucible type. Some of the salient features of our furnaces comprises of the following:
Low maintenance
Easy alloy changes
High operating efficiency
Compact size
Low energy requirement
Digital controls
Applications:
Our non ferrous melting induction melting furnaces are designed to cater to the requirements of manufacturing jewelers, precious melting refineries and small to medium size jewelry shops. Some of the industries to which induction furnaces cater to include:
Construction
Automotive
Agriculture
Marine
Aerospace
Metal refining
R&D laboratories
Alloy Induction Melting Furnaces
Our alloy induction melting furnaces find their applications in different industries. Being of optimum quality our range of induction melting furnaces is cost effective and energy saving in terms of functionality.
